iOS 7 Jailbreak Is Finally Here, Though With A Slight Hiccup

We all, not so fondly remember the long time it took for iOS 6 to get a jailbreak. The combined efforts of renowned iOS devs made it possible so. iOS 7 has been out a couple of months now, and it seems users waiting for it’s jailbreak can finally rejoice, because Team Evad3rs has just released untethered Evasi0n iOS 7 – 7.0.4 jailbreak for the latest iPhone, iPad and iPod touch devices.

The new tool provided by the Evasi0n team, allows iOS 7 – 7.0.4 users to untethered jailbreak their respective iOS 7 devices. The process itself is fairly simple and does not take more than five minutes to jailbreak your iOS 7 device. Although it is worth noting that Cydia app store creator Jay Freeman, also known as ‘saurik’ has remarked the Cydia version included in the jailbreak is not official and is therefore prone to bugs. It won’t take much time for it to be updated, and is expected to be solved in later versions of the Evasi0n tool.

The devices which support the iOS 7 untethered jailbreak are:

  • iPhone 5s
  • iPhone 5c
  • iPhone 5
  • iPhone 4S
  • iPhone 4
  • iPad 2
  • iPad 3
  • iPad 4
  • iPad Air
  • iPad mini
  • iPad mini 2
  • iPod touch 5

You can download the Evasion tool from official website at or through the links given below.
